Ongoing support for Amazon sellers

Hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations.
For US, UK and EU sellers.

Since 2022, I have run day-to-day FBA operations for a large multi-marketplace seller, on Amazon.com, the UK and the EU.

01 How I work

You control access. Everything is in writing.

  1. 01

    You control access.

I never use your password or a shared login. If the work needs access to your account, we first check together how Amazon lets you add me. You can remove my access at any time.

  2. 02

    Written updates.

You see what is done, what is outstanding and what is waiting on your decision.

  3. 03

    Time overlap.

I am in Nairobi (UTC+3), so US mornings overlap my afternoon and evening. UK and EU working hours overlap too.

  4. 04

    Agreed up front.

Hourly or monthly, in writing before any work starts, including how I handle your data and any tools I use. The Terms and Privacy pages cover the FBA Reimbursement Check, not ongoing support.

  5. 05

    Evidence over volume.

I establish what happened before anything is filed. Not every gap is a valid claim, so there is no mass case filing.

Not offered: PPC advertising, Walmart.

02 What I handle

The daily work, from shipments to reports.

  • 01

    Shipments and logistics

    • FBA inbound shipments, created in Seller Central
    • MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) shipments
    • Shipped vs received checks
    • Carrier tracking and proof of delivery with UPS and FedEx
  • 02

    Inventory and restock

    • Inventory ledger reconciliation
    • Missing, damaged or wrongly received units
    • Restock planning across marketplaces: what to send where
    • ASIN, SKU and FNSKU checks, and barcode audits by code, not title
  • 03

    Cases and reimbursements

    • Lost, damaged and inbound shortage claims
    • Evidence: shipment records, invoices and proof of delivery
    • Appeals on denied or closed cases
    • A case tracker with deadlines and next actions
  • 04

    Listings and catalogue

    • Listings and variations
    • Product identifiers and stock records
    • Product information compared across marketplaces
    • Catalogue clean-up
  • 05

    Customers and reviews

    • Buyer messages
    • Returns and refunds
    • Review removal requests
    • Voice of the Customer monitoring
  • 06

    Data and reporting

    • Trackers in Excel and Google Sheets
    • Pricing workflows in Informed Repricer
    • Product research with Seller Assistant
    • Reimbursement summaries that keep potential, submitted, approved and credited apart

In practice: I check that inventory sync tools count stock and orders correctly. I audit barcodes by code, not title, to catch mislabelled or stranded stock. I plan restock across six marketplaces: what to send where, cover windows, and catching bad rows.

03 Marketplaces

Amazon.com, the UK and four EU marketplaces.

  • US Amazon.com
  • UK United Kingdom
  • DE Germany
  • FR France
  • IT Italy
  • ES Spain

05 First step

Two ways to start.

Send the tasks you would hand over first, and we agree hourly or monthly in writing before I start.

Or, to see my work before you give any access, start with the USD 99 FBA Reimbursement Check: four report downloads and your unit costs for one marketplace, then a short PDF of what is still worth claiming, with the deadlines. It is separate from ongoing support and has its own terms.
