For Amazon FBA sellers · US, UK and EU
Check what Amazon underpaid you.
Before the claim windows close.
A flat USD 99 check from four report downloads. No login, no percentage. Results in 3 working days.
No login, no app connection. You file every claim yourself, so nothing goes to Amazon in your name without you seeing it.
01 Why this
Why a fixed-fee check, not a free audit.
You keep 100% of what Amazon pays.
The fee is USD 99, fixed. If Amazon pays out, nothing is taken from it.
Nobody touches your account.
You download the reports yourself and send them. No password, no user permissions.
You get the deadlines, not just a total.
Underpaid payments and claimable shipments come with the date their window closes, so you know what to do first.
02 What you get
Four findings in a short PDF.
- 01
Underpaid, still disputable
Reimbursements paid below your cost that are still inside the 60-day dispute window [source] [UK], with the date each one closes.
- 02
Clawbacks to question
Every reversal checked against the units Amazon actually found.
- 03
A deadline map
Inbound shipments still inside the 9-month claim window from delivery [source], ranked by size and urgency.
- 04
Valued below your cost
Items Amazon values below what they cost you, with the items to correct first.
03 How it works
Three steps. You never share access.
- 01
Send four reports and your unit costs.
Reimbursements, Inventory Ledger, Received Inventory and All Listings, downloaded from your own Seller Central. Plus a simple list of what each item cost you.
- 02
I go through the reports line by line.
Nothing is counted twice, and you see which cases are worth raising.
- 03
You get a short PDF in 3 working days.
Deadlines where they apply, and a short list of what to do first. The 3 days start when I confirm by email that your reports and costs are complete.
The step-by-step guide to the four downloads is sent once you get in touch.
04 Prices
Fixed prices. No percentage.

05 Partners
For prep centres, accountants and agencies.
Amazon ended its US FBA prep service on 1 January 2026 [source], so more seller stock now passes through prep centres first. If your clients ask about missing units or short payouts, I can help.

Before you send anything.
Do you need my login?
No. You send report downloads from your own Seller Central. The check never needs a password or account access.
What happens to my files?
They are used only for your check, and deleted 30 days after your report (or your claims, if you order step 2), or sooner if you ask.
How do I pay?
By invoice, once I have checked that your reports and costs are complete. Nothing to pay before that. I send the report once the invoice is paid.
What if the report is late?
You get your money back. If I am waiting for your payment, the report is not late.
Do you take a percentage?
No. A fixed fee for the check, and fixed fees for any claims work after it.
Which marketplaces?
US, UK and EU Amazon marketplaces, one per check. Deadlines can differ by marketplace, and the report uses the rules for yours. Selling on more than one? Ask first and we agree the scope.
Can you guarantee Amazon will pay?
No. Amazon decides every claim. The check shows what is worth pursuing and by when.
